"The 960 Music Group and Hypertek Digital are honored to announce the release of the digital version of Dammy Krane’s 1st Studio Album: "The Enterkraner" on Spinlet.com. With a distinctive sound and style that at times harkens back to the late 80’s experimental Fuji music scene, Dammy Krane creates a fusion of Fuji and Afro Pop on The Enterkraner. The album retails for N125.
Often referred to as the major exponent of "21st Century Fuji", Dammy Krane has been well received on the Nigerian music scene, churning out several hits such as Ligali, Sabi Dance and My Dear.
The release of “The Enterkraner” on Spinlet.com, Africa’s largest indigenous mobile music distribution platform further cements Dammy’s trademark style (a fusion of the old and new). The Enterkraner’s release on Spinlet.com enables “The Enterkraner” to be distributed globally, e.g. reducing piracy, generating more income, and providing for authentic tracking of where albums are sold, and album sale figures.
The Enterkraner will be released on other digital and physical platforms on Tuesday, 2nd of September 2014.
Events planned around The Enterkraner digital release include a Pulse VIP Night holding 11pm at N-Tyce Lounge (Victoria Island) and later that same night a Spinlet.com/Digifon sponsored Live performance at NewAfrika Shrine (Fela’s Shrine), Ikeja.
The release of The Enterkraner on other digital and physical platforms will coincide with a celebration of Dammy’s Creative Style by Moet and Chandon (Rose VIP Nights). Look out for an official announcement!
Dammy Krane and Davido are filming the music video for In Case of Incasity tonight, Thursday, August 21: and Dammy’s offering 4 loyal fans an exclusive Moet & Chandon VIP treat to attend tonight’s filming.
