FEATURES: 3 Powerful Effective Tips For Surviving A Breakup - You Don't Have To Suffer Anymore

Let's face it – surviving a break up isn't easy. Even if you're the one who did the breaking up, the days and weeks following the split are almost certainly going to be hard. And if you were the one who was broken up with, well, it's going to be a maelstrom of misery for you for a long time to come. Breaking up with someone is akin to getting a divorce, losing a loved one, moving, or getting fired on the scale of stress, and it can do terrible things to even the most steadfast person's self esteem. While a little suffering is inevitable after a break up, the good news is that there is a lot you can do to make it easier on yourself. You may feel sad for a while, but you don't have to wallow in misery. Here are the top tips for surviving a break up.

1.  Get Some Perspective.
Sure, you feel awful; gazing longingly at the front door, hoping your ex will somehow miraculously walk through it and take you back. That may even happen once in a while, but it's not usual, so don't count on it. But ask yourself, have you ever known, or even heard, of anyone who died from a break up? The answer is probably "no." The overwhelming majority of people who go through a break up get through it and move on to live happy, productive lives, so can you.

2.  Maintain a Realistic View of Your Relationship.
Is it really such a huge loss to you to no longer have this person in your life? You may think it is, but that's only because you're suffering the terrible pains of rejection. That tends to make you only think of the good things about the two of you together. In reality, your relationship may have been a hugely negative thing in your life. Determine if it was for yourself by making two lists -- one of the positive things about your relationship, and one of the negatives. If the negatives outweigh the positives, you've dodged a bullet with the break up and should consider yourself lucky. Now you can move on to more healthy and happy unions in the future.

3. Consider What You Can Do With Your New-Found Freedom.
Rather than looking at your break up as a catastrophe, look at it as an
opportunity. What can you do now that you couldn't do before? Was your ex keeping you from doing the things you enjoy? Are you now able to travel more, join groups you're interested in, go back to school, or actually have friends?
These are all things that enrich our lives, and if your ex was holding you back from them, then he or she really wasn't the one for you at all. Of course, sometimes a break up does end up being terrible mistakes. If you've gone through all three of these steps for surviving a break up and are still convinced your ex is the one for you, then you need to work on a plan to get back together. Don't worry. It can be done, no matter why you broke up (even if cheating was involved!).
In fact, you don't even have to figure out how to do it on your own, because there's a step by step guide that can show you exactly what to do to get back the one you love. There is a very effective solution I want to share with you because I know how important love is. Allow me to take you by the hand and show you exactly what to say and do to win back your ex girlfriend, boyfriend, wife or husband's attention, mind and heart - even if there's someone else.

Reminisce seems to be chilling lately at Sossick’s studio, who we all know is the king of Hip Hop beats in Nigeria. Little wonder that Reminisce goes in on another of his classic hip hop beats, with a sample of Madonna on the hook.

Reminisce once again throws shots at critics who felt he lost the Hip Hop touch, he flows effortlessly on the beat, and also switches up his delivery on this joint. Reminisce has once again proven his rap skills and lyrical prowess.

The joint features “PAYBACK“, a young rapper under Sossick’s Entertainment outfit: “Classick tunes”.

SPORTS: Southampton 2 - 0 Swansea City

Saints Stay In Top Four!
Adam Lallana and Jay Rodriguez strikes secured Southampton a third successive Premier League victory, albeit in somewhat fortuitous fashion against Swansea.

The clash between two sides known for their attractive style lived up the billing, with play flowing from end to end in a pulsating encounter at St Mary's.

Swansea dominated proceedings after Lallana's first-half strike, only for substitute Rodriguez to make the most of slack defending to secure a 2-0 win for Mauricio Pochettino's side.

The result was harsh on Michael Laudrup's side, who showed no signs of a hangover from Thursday's Europa League clash against St Gallen as they pressed from the outset.

After Lallana latched onto a neat ball from Steven Davis to put Saints ahead, Artur Boruc was forced into fine saves to stop Michu and Wilfried Bony levelling.

Nathan Dyer also hit the inside of the post as half-time approached, with Swansea continuing in the ascendancy after the break.

However, Southampton kept the Welsh side at bay to earn a fifth clean sheet of the term, with Rodriguez slotting home seven minutes from time after seeing a Victor Wanyama goal dubiously ruled out.

It was harsh scoreline on a Swansea side that made five changes from the win over St Gallen.

One of those to come in was Saints academy graduate Dyer, who burst down the right flank early on only to be blocked off by Dejan Lovren.

Jonjo Shelvey tested Boruc soon after as Swansea controlled the early tempo, but Saints soon settled into their stride.

Michel Vorm was fortunate to avoid punishment after appearing to handle outside the box under pressure, before Dani Osvaldo wriggled free and fired into the side netting from an acute angle.

An intelligent Rickie Lambert pass just evaded Lallana as Saints continued to threaten, finding the breakthrough in the 19th minute.

Morgan Schneiderlin cushioned a header back to Davis, whose delicate chipped pass found Lallana and the Saints captained rifled home.

It was just the hosts' second goal from open play this season, but they almost had another soon after as Lallana came close to latching onto a Lambert knock back.

The match was now flowing from end to end and Swansea were testing the Southampton defence with increasing regularity.

Jose Fonte had to react quickly to head behind a threatening Wayne Routledge cross, before Boruc fantastically denied a header from Michu, wearing a protective scrum cap after receiving a head injury on Thursday.

The Polish goalkeeper was again called into action to thwart hopeful efforts from Shelvey and Bony, as well as smother a low Dyer cross.

Lambert saw a long-range free-kick parried away when Saints returned to the attack, only for Swansea to come agonisingly close to levelling.

Dyer collected a clever backheel from Bony and had time to hit a left-footed strike that hit the inside of the post and flew across the goal before going out for a goal kick.

Davis and Lambert had attempts for Saints, only for Swansea to again threaten as a Dyer cross found Bony, whose powerful header was just pushed around the post by Boruc.

Shelvey, Dyer and Bony all had efforts early in the second half as Swansea continued in the ascendancy after Jose Canas was booked for a lunge on Osvaldo.

Saints were struggling to deal with the hosts' possession game and Lovren was given a yellow card for bringing down Bony on the edge of the box.

Shelvey floated the resulting free-kick just over, with James Ward-Prowse replacing Osvaldo as Pochettino looked to stem the flow.

The change appeared to work as Swansea attacked with less regularity and Saints managed to secure a better foothold on the game.

The hosts thought they had made it 2-0 in the 76th minute when Wanyama prodded home a Ward-Prowse's corner, which should not have been awarded in the first place.

The Kenyan raced to the corner in celebration, only for the goal to be ruled out by referee Mike Dean to the puzzlement of those inside St Mary's.

The home fans did not have to wait long for a second, though.

Chico failed to deal with a ball over the top and Rodriguez took advantage, grabbing possession and slotting home to secure three points.

SPORTS: Chelsea Late Show Denies Norwich

Substitutes Eden Hazard and Willian were on target as Chelsea beat Norwich 3-1 to claim a first away win of the Premier League season.

Jose Mourinho's men made the 120-mile journey to Carrow Road by plane on Saturday and made a flying start when Oscar gave them a fourth-minute lead after Demba Ba's lay-off from Frank Lampard's lofted pass.

Victory from then seemed a formality for Chelsea but it appeared anything but until a late rally.

Ba might have netted early in the second half following a cross from Ramires, who was relieved not to concede a penalty when challenging Anthony Pilkington in the box.

Norwich levelled when Pilkington headed in from close range and had further opportunities, but Hazard finished off a ruthless counter attack and Willian curled in his first Chelsea goal to complete the win.

There were moments of alarm for England boss Roy Hodgson ahead of the World Cup qualifiers with Montenegro and Poland.

Ruddy, who had an opportunity to show he should be England's number one ahead of Joe Hart, should have done better in two aerial duels in the Norfolk sunshine with Ba and allowed Hazard's weak shot to beat him, while Chelsea left-back Ashley Cole departed 15 minutes from time clutching his ribcage.

Preferred to Samuel Eto'o in place of the injured and suspended Fernando Torres, Ba quickly got the better of his marker, Sebastien Bassong, who was the solitary Norwich change following the win at Stoke.

Chelsea might have had a penalty in the opening skirmishes, but referee Neil Swarbrick merely shook his head when Ba went down softly between Bassong and Michael Turner.

It mattered not as Chelsea soon took the lead through Oscar, who began in the play-maker role behind Ba, with Juan Mata on the right.

Lampard's pass from inside his own half was brought down by Ba inside the City box and the striker, with Turner backing off, laid the ball off for Oscar to hit it first time with the outside of his right boot into the bottom corner.

It was a fine goal, but Norwich made it all too easy for the visitors.

Mata was then granted space to pick his pass after drifting in field and found Ba, whose effort was well saved by Ruddy.

Ruddy lost an aerial duel with Ba, who turned and shot only for Bassong to block.

Norwich enjoyed some openings down Chelsea's right, with Martin Olsson and Leroy Fer's pace troublesome, but it was from down their own right flank that they nearly equalised when Ricky van Wolfswinkel's cross was prodded wide by Jonny Howson.

Ruddy recovered to concede a corner after Ba won another aerial challenge with Turner and the goalkeeper before Norwich pressed again without testing Petr Cech.

David Luiz had Ruddy back-pedalling with a shot from a yard inside Norwich's half as the ball landed on the roof of the net.

Cech was called into action for the first time when Bassong shot straight at him from a corner as the half came to a close which Chelsea dominated without adding to Oscar's early effort.

The visitors so nearly made a flying start to the second half as Schurrle and Ramires combined down the left and the latter crossed for Ba.

With just Ruddy to beat, Ba failed to cleanly connect and the ball went wide.

Ramires was soon in action at the other end, dispossessing Pilkington, who went down, but Swarbrick was unmoved as the hosts appealed for a penalty.

Terry got in ahead of Van Wolfswinkel and then blocked from Pilkington as Norwich threatened again before equalising.

Martin Olsson's deep cross from the left created havoc and found Van Wolfswinkel.

The Holland striker met the ball at the back post and centred for Pilkington, who got the wrong side of Luiz and headed past Cech, who should have done better.

Cole's departure forced a change in tactics for Chelsea, who threw players forward.

Branislav Ivanovic, popping up on the left, forced a save from Ruddy and then Eden Hazard, Cole's replacement, fired narrowly wide.

Norwich had chances, too. Nathan Redmond, on for Snodgrass, had an effort saved by Cech before Olsson lost his balance in the act of shooting.

Redmond was lively and won a corner with five minutes remaining - but it led to a goal for Chelsea.

The Blues broke and Alex Tettey was unable to deal with Oscar's cross-field pass, allowing Hazard to pounce.

The Belgium forward's shot squirmed under Ruddy, who could only scramble forlornly as the ball went over the line.

A minute later, Ruddy could do nothing as Willian put a gloss on proceedings by curling into the top corner.

SPORTS: Januzaj Inspires United Win At Sunderland

Two goals from 18-year-old Adnan Januzaj inspired a second-half comeback as Manchester United snatched a 2-1 win at Sunderland in the English Premier League.

Trailing for 50 minutes to Craig Gardner's early goal, United were facing a third consecutive league defeat, something they have not experienced since 2001, until the young Belgian struck twice in the second half.

His telling contribution spared United manager David Moyes from further scrutiny, in the wake of consecutive defeats by Manchester City and West Bromwich Albion, and lifted the defending champions into the top half of the table.

Sunderland had opted for an extra man in midfield, and another change of central defensive partnership for United, proved decisive in the first goal.

Ondrej Celustka beat Januzaj in a 50-50 challenge just inside United's half and when Emanuele Giaccherini crossed, Phil Jones hit his clearance at Nemanja Vidic, who miscontrolled.

Gardner, playing as the extra man in midfield thanks to Celustka's inclusion at right-back, pounced to steer a good finish inside the far post to give the home side a fifth-minute lead.

Jones and Vidic were the fifth central defensive partnership that Moyes had tried in as many games.

Jones made a nervy start, caught in possession by Gardner in the ninth minute, only to make an excellent recovering slide tackle in the penalty area. Vidic looked unsettled throughout by Jozy Altidore's strength.

Januzaj's selection was the most eye-catching of the visitors' four changes. The teenager, who also qualifies to represent Albania, had been spared the long mid-week trip to play Shakhtar Donetsk as he is not registered in the UEFA Champions League.

David de Gea made a terrific right-handed save when Giaccherini found himself in a generous amount of space from Adam Johnson's cross and the Italian also shot over in the 44th minute after Johnson spread panic in the United defence.

Keiren Westwood saved Rafael da Silva's powerful shot well in the 41st minute, but it was a rare moment of first-half action for the Sunderland goalkeeper.

Ten minutes into the second half, Januzaj played a one-two with Evra and finished calmly just inside the left-hand post.

Four minutes later, Westwood had to make a good save after Robin Van Persie got on the end of a cross from Evra.

When Nani crossed from the right with the outside of his boot, O'Shea's clearing header was weak and Januzaj volleyed it expertly into the net. With 29 minutes left, the game had been transformed.

Rafael's slightly weak left-footed shot and Van Persie's tame finish when played through by Antonio Valencia apart, United offered little threat thereafter, but Januzaj had broken Sunderland's spirit.

SPORTS: Manchester City 3 - 1 Everton

Manchester City bounced back from a pair of defeats to end Everton's unbeaten start to the English Premier League season with a 3-1 win at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday. Beaten 3-2 by Aston Villa last weekend and outclassed by Bayern Munich in mid-week, City fell behind to a Romelu Lukaku goal but roared back to win through goals from Alvaro Negredo, Sergio Aguero and a Tim Howard own goal.

Manuel Pellegrini's side rose to second place in the standings, two points behind leaders Arsenal, while Roberto Martinez's Everton, who had been the last unbeaten team in the division, remain fifth.

Everton took a 16th-minute lead through on-loan Chelsea striker Lukaku, who sprang the offside trap to collect Phil Jagielka's pass and deftly nutmegged Joleon Lescott before beating Joe Hart with a low shot.

It was his third goal in two games, following his brace against Newcastle United on Monday, but City replied within a minute, Negredo squeezing the ball past Howard from Yaya Toure's fine reverse pass.

City were dealt a blow in the 34th minute when captain Vincent Kompany went off with an injury, but they moved ahead on the stroke of half-time. David Silva strode forward and threaded a pass down the inside-right channel for Sergio Aguero, who rattled a low shot into the bottom-left corner.

A foul by Seamus Coleman on Pablo Zabaleta gave Aguero a chance to extend City's lead from the penalty spot in the 69th minute and although Howard turned his shot onto the post, the ball bounced against the American goalkeeper and into the net for an own goal.
